part time office manager (Nahlaot)

compensation: 32 an hour during training and then 35 an hour.
employment type: full-time

Real Estate Investment and Management Company seeking an energetic multi-tasker for Nahlaot Real estate office. 

Well established company in business over 5 years, seeking a person for a long term position.  

Must have office environment experience, and have good typing skills, must have working knowledge with WORD, EXCEL, bonus wix platform.

Able to multitask. 

Daily Responsibilities are making ads current online via social media, tenant relations, collections, sub-contractor scheduling, updating tenant files and residential properties, with some commercial properties.

We handle mostly residential with some commercial management and sales and rentals. Looking for Right Person with experience in office environment. 

Long term employment with stable company!

Bi-Lingual/Hebrew English a must (additional languages a big plus). 

Working hours 09:00am to 15:00pm Sunday -Thursday (option of growing to full time job)

Job responsibilities will be based on your skills and ability to handle more duties.
