We are subletting our home from July 1 till August 25.
Penthouse in central Jerusalem.
Huge shaded balcony, our favorite outdoor space to enjoy the Jerusalem breeze and to sleep in summer.
Two bedrooms.
Sitting room with AC which is an art studio but can be adjusted to your needs.
The place can accommodate up to 6 (a double bed with an excellent mattress, a double mattress, mattresses).
Because of a couple of pubs on the street it might be a bit noisy.
Easy access to everywhere in the city.
The cost of all the bills included (reasonable use!)
